Our Story
```Treescapes Garden Services is a family-run team based in Lower Stondon, near Henlow. For 37 years we have cared for trees and gardens across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, from a single overgrown tree to a whole garden brought back to life.
We have always kept the team small and properly qualified, and we work to a simple idea: do the job well, leave the place tidy, and give people honest advice. Every member of the team holds NPTC and Lantra qualifications, and we are fully insured, so the work is in safe hands, right through to the last sweep of the path. People have been kind enough to rate us 5.0 on Google across more than 70 reviews.
Over those years the team has grown into a mix of long experience and fresh energy. Darren has spent his whole working life in the trade, Joe has more than 26 years behind him, and Reece is learning from the people who know the work best. Vicky has helped run the business for 18 years, so the same familiar voice answers the phone and sees each job through.

Proprietor
Darren has worked in the tree and garden industry for over 37 years. In that time he has built a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, and looking after customers properly. He cares about high-quality tree and garden work, matched to what each customer actually needs. That attention to detail has earned the trust of customers right across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Lead Arborist
Joe is our fully qualified arborist and the lead on our tree work, with over 26 years of experience in every aspect of tree surgery. He has worked for several leading tree care companies across England and Ireland, building strong knowledge of the trade. His work has included prestigious estates, such as the Duke of Bedford's grounds at the Woburn estate. Joe's skill and hands-on experience help make sure every job is finished to the highest standard.
Trainee Arborist
Reece is the youngest member of the team at 18, and he has already shown real dedication to the trade. He holds NPTC certificates of competence in tree surgery and is a confident, hardworking person with a strong willingness to learn. He is training to become a fully qualified arborist, and he is known on the team for his positive attitude and work ethic.
Operations
Vicky has been an important part of Treescapes Garden Services for 18 years. She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, from first enquiry through to a finished job. Vicky takes pride in a reliable, professional service, and in making sure every project is completed to a high standard.
